The plant to be shipped is Aglaonema Khanza. Please see the photos & video provided to see their physical features for your reference. Note that due to the abundant stock, the plants to be shipped are growers’ choice.

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped with DHL Express. Except orders going to Japan, we use EMS. Go to “Notes” below for additional information.

Notes:
1. (specific) For USA customers without import permit; we can still process your order and you can definitely receive your orders just fine using our brokers service. This method has additional cost; $25 per package, plus $3 for each plant purchased. The total additional cost will be paid as Tips on your checkout (same amount as the total calculated) or to our PayPal: fadilmfadil601@gmail.com

2. (specific) For USA customers with Import Permit, shipping cost paid in our store do not cover the shipping cost from PIS to your address. To forward your packages from PIS to your address, you must create a local shipping label (provided to us before shipment is made) and this cost will be borne to you (USA customers).

3. (general) We are not responsible if your packages are held by your customs or shipping courier due to the lack of your documents and/ or a delay in paying taxes/ duty (if any). We can’t know whether you are billed with taxes/ duty.

4. (general) Your packages should enter your country in 2-3 days after being shipped. And it is estimated that on the 4th or 5th day after being shipped, your packages should have finished a customs clearance. If not, we strongly suggest you to contact your DHL Express agents or local DHL officials in regards to this shipment.

5. (specific) For USA customers, after your shipments have been cleared by the US customs, your shipments will go through the USDA inspection in the designated PIS (Plant Inspection Station). This generally takes 1-3 days. Once they have finished inspecting, you will be contacted.

Reasons for a delay in your shipments (before inspected by USDA): tax/ duty not paid seconds after being billed by DHL / your customs. Any seconds in delay of paying this tax/ duty (if billed) will ultimately postpone DHL Express from continuing the shipments.

6. (specific) To all countries except countries in Asia, for the last 3 years we have been exporting, your shipments should arrive on the 6th up to 8th day after being shipped.

7. (specific) Too all countries in Asia, our average travel to Asian countries is 4 days.
