We ship our products using DHL Express and EMS worldwide. Depending where you live, your orders should reach your country on the 2nd or 4rd day after being shipped.

USA CUSTOMERS

For USA customers with Import Permit, shipping cost paid in our store do not cover the shipping cost from PIS to your address. To forward your packages from PIS to your address, you must create a local shipping label (provided to us before shipment is made) and this cost will be borne to you (USA customers) or this label can be created at a later time when you are contacted by the PIS inspectors when they finish inspecting your plants.

For our USA without Import Permit, no worries! When you receive your order confirmation, you’ll have the option to either import under your name with your own permit or let us handle everything under our company name, Plant Majesty.

If you’d like us to take care of the entire process for you—ensuring a smooth journey for your plants straight to your door—we’d truly appreciate a small tip at checkout. This helps us cover the extra steps involved.

Clearance

All Customers

A clearance should not take more than 2 or 3 days. You are strongly suggested to contact your DHL Express agents or DHL officials or your customs or brokers asking for updates. We track every shipments and ask for updates to our agent, but it would be much faster if we do it both ways.

During clearance, we strongly advise you to be very very swift in responding any parties requesting any requirements necessary. Clearance may includes but not limited to:

  • Provision of your personal data
  • Import permit (if required)
  • Tax/ Duty (if required)
  • etc.

We are not responsible if your packages are held by your customs or shipping courier due to the lack of your documents and/ or a delay in paying taxes/ duty (if any). We can’t know whether you are billed with taxes/ duty.

Most reasons for a delay in your shipments: tax/ duty not paid seconds after being billed by DHL / your customs. Any seconds in delay of paying this tax/ duty (if billed) will ultimately postpone DHL Express from continuing the shipments.
